{"id":8242,"date":"2022-05-22T23:21:47","date_gmt":"2022-05-22T23:21:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/appsaf.apieproject.com\/news\/?p=8242"},"modified":"2022-05-22T23:21:48","modified_gmt":"2022-05-22T23:21:48","slug":"apres-le-nigeria-et-le-congo-totalenergies-deploie-sa-technologie-de-mesure-de-ges-sur-dautres-sites-dep-des-hydrocarbures","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/appsaf.apieproject.com\/news\/fr\/2022\/05\/22\/apres-le-nigeria-et-le-congo-totalenergies-deploie-sa-technologie-de-mesure-de-ges-sur-dautres-sites-dep-des-hydrocarbures\/","title":{"rendered":"Apr\u00e8s le Nigeria et le Congo, TotalEnergies d\u00e9ploie sa technologie de mesure de GES sur d\u2019autres sites d\u2019E&amp;P des hydrocarbures"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Le groupe fran\u00e7ais TotalEnergies va r\u00e9aliser une campagne mondiale de d\u00e9tection par drone de ses \u00e9missions de m\u00e9thane dans l\u2019exploration-production, dans le cadre de son engagement \u00e0 r\u00e9duire les fuites de ce gaz tr\u00e8s nocif pour le climat.<\/p>\n<p>Il s\u2019agit d\u2019une \u00ab campagne mondiale de d\u00e9tection et de quantification de ses \u00e9missions par drone sur toutes ses installations \u00bb p\u00e9troli\u00e8res et gazi\u00e8res op\u00e9r\u00e9es dans l\u2019amont, c\u2019est \u00e0 dire dans l\u2019activit\u00e9 d\u2019exploration-production, a annonc\u00e9 le groupe lundi 16 mai.<\/p>\n<p>Ce d\u00e9ploiement \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle fait suite \u00e0 une phase pilote men\u00e9e \u00ab avec succ\u00e8s \u00bb sur des sites situ\u00e9s au Nigeria, en R\u00e9publique du Congo, en Italie et aux Pays-Bas, d\u2019apr\u00e8s le communiqu\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>TotalEnergies s\u2019est engag\u00e9 \u00e0 r\u00e9duire les \u00e9missions de m\u00e9thane sur les sites exploit\u00e9s par l\u2019entreprise de 50% d\u2019ici 2025 et 80% d\u2019ici 2030 par rapport \u00e0 2020.<\/p>\n<p>La campagne de d\u00e9tection doit permettre de les \u00ab identifier, quantifier et r\u00e9duire \u00bb. Elle est men\u00e9e sur la base d\u2019une technologie dite AUSEA (\u00ab Airborne ultralight spectrometer for environmental applications \u00bb, ou spectrom\u00e8tre ultral\u00e9ger embarqu\u00e9 pour les applications environnementales) d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e avec le CNRS et l\u2019universit\u00e9 de Reims Champagne-Ardenne.<\/p>\n<p>Il s\u2019agit concr\u00e8tement d\u2019un \u00ab double capteur miniature, mont\u00e9 sur drone, capable de d\u00e9tecter et de quantifier les \u00e9missions de m\u00e9thane et de dioxyde de carbone tout en identifiant la source de ces \u00e9missions \u00bb, explique TotalEnergies dans le communiqu\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>La campagne a d\u00e9but\u00e9 d\u00e9but mars sur les sites au large de l\u2019Afrique, elle se poursuit en Am\u00e9rique du Sud et rejoindra l\u2019Europe cet \u00e9t\u00e9. Le d\u00e9ploiement de cette technologie doit ensuite \u00eatre \u00e9tendu aux autres activit\u00e9s du groupe, comme les raffineries.<\/p>\n<p>Le m\u00e9thane (CH4) a g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9 environ 30% du r\u00e9chauffement mondial depuis la R\u00e9volution industrielle. Sa dur\u00e9e de vie dans l\u2019atmosph\u00e8re est plus courte (une dizaine d\u2019ann\u00e9es) que celle du CO2, mais son pouvoir r\u00e9chauffant bien sup\u00e9rieur.<\/p>\n<p>Le secteur de l\u2019\u00e9nergie est responsable d\u2019environ 40% des \u00e9missions de m\u00e9thane li\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019activit\u00e9 humaine, ce qui en fait le deuxi\u00e8me secteur d\u2019activit\u00e9 derri\u00e8re l\u2019agriculture.
