This year\u2019s ACCES takes place at the Julius Nyerere International Convention Centre and other venues in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, on 9, 10 and 11 November.<\/p>\n
The pan-African trade show will bring together industry professionals from across Africa and around the world for a chance to share knowledge, network, exchange ideas, and see emerging and established artists from the continent showcase their work.<\/p>\n
Programme<\/p>\n
With a diverse pool of speakers from more than 40 countries, businesses and showcasing artists, ACCES offers an exciting conference programme with industry talks, music performances, pitch and networking sessions, workshops, exhibitions and awards ceremonies.<\/p>\n
The first batch of artists who will perform at ACCES includes Feli Nandi (Zimbabwe), Alostmen (Ghana), Ngwaka Son Syst\u00e9me (DRC), Madalitso Band (Malawi), Nour Harkati (Tunisia), Kasiva Mutua (Kenya), Damian Soul (Tanzania), Leo Mkanya (Tanzania), Siti Muharam (Tanzania) and Zolani Mahola & The Feminine Force (South Africa).<\/p>\n
The first speakers confirmed for the conference programme include Damian Soul (Tanzania), SHO-SHO Communications founder Theresho Selesho (South Africa), SlikourOnLife CEO Siya Metane (South Africa), Zimbabwe Music Awards executive Fungai \u2018Kush\u2019 Zvirawa (Zimbabwe), Singeli Festi founder Masudi Kandoro (Tanzania), Paragon Music Group CEO Brian Scally (Ireland), music journalist Shiba Melissa Mazaza (South Africa), artist manager Marcus Gora (Zimbabwe), Pete On The Corner label founder Pete Buckenham (UK), earGROUND founder Plot Mhako (Zimbabwe), Music In Africa Foundation chairperson Maimouna Demb\u00e9l\u00e9 (Senegal) and Music In Africa Foundation executive director Eddie Hatitye.<\/p>\n

Those who register and attend ACCES 2023 are entitled to a host of benefits, including access to exhibitions, showcases, talks, networking sessions and panel discussions. Exhibitors will be taken between venues and accredited hotels, and their logos will be added to the ACCES website and printed programme. In addition, their company profiles will appear on the Music In Africa website (musicinafrica.net) and in the dedicated exhibitors\u2019 newsletter that will be sent out to some 55 000 subscribers in Anglophone and Francophone Africa, as well as to recipients around the world.<\/p>\n
