Megapraise Microfinance Bank Limited was incorporated and duly registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) September 2012 and commenced business as a fully licensed microfinance bank on September 2, 2013. The Bank received its final operating license from the Central bank of Nigeria on May 2, 2013.
