The jewel still shine bright in a dying town
“I have been back to Traveler’s Rest. Guys please know if you want 5 star you are not going to find it here (or anywhere else in Tarkwa) What you get is a clean comfortable bed , No it is not perfect but it is home. I stayed there for 2 nights and on the first night I had the Hawaiian Pizza…….WOW the next night I had the Chicken Curry. WOW again. If you want peace and quite there is not other place to go. The town is struggling with a lot of the mines cutting staff and the international school which closed down”.
