Mount Ali Sabieh is located on the south-east of Djibouti, in close proximity to the town of Ali Sabieh. It is considered a local landmark and attracts the attention of tourists with its special kind.

From 1945 to 1977 on Mount Ali Sabieh French colonial authorities had installed a sign with a picture – Lataryngskaga symbol of the cross. In 1977, after the independence of Djibouti, the sign was removed in its place appeared a memorial with the national emblem Djibouti. Near Mount Ali Sabieh is a television tower.
